DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I recently placed an order with this company and paid for express 2 day shipping. The order was placed Monday morning and I didn't receive the package until Friday afternoon. That should have been the first red flag. By the time the package arrived I was on vacation.
It was a total of 3 items. I kept one item and returned the others, because I COULD NOT fit the items. I didn't even fully try them on because the pants wouldn't go past my knees & the shirt couldn't fit my arms. A couple days later I get an email saying that the items were damaged. And I knew that was far from the truth. How could they be damaged when they weren't even fully tried on. So I responded asking stating that the items were not damaged. They then responded and said that the items had pet fur and makeup on them. I DONT OWN A PET! And I barely wear make up. Why would I try on clothes with makeup anyway. They were supposed to send pictures of the "makeup stained & pet fur" items which they NEVER did!
Now they want to charge me $6.95 to return items that I cant even wear. I paid $25.00 for rush shipping - which wasn't rush shipping, lost around $70 plus dollars on the clothing I cant fit , and paid to return the items which was around $13.00. And I still haven't received the pictures of the "damaged clothing".
HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT purchase anything from this company!!!!

They changed their delivery service to DHL and they didn’t advance us that we had to pay an extra amount at the door. I had to pay 45$ to DHL at the door.
I also received a torn dress, and when I made a complaint, they tried to justify themselves before giving me back the half of the price... for a dress I can’t wear.

Ik ordered a shirt and pants

Ik ordered a shirt and pants. Both are great quality. Thick fabrics, not see through, true to size. I was shocked to see all the bad reviews. Maybe i am lucky?

Only looks good online. In person clothes is cheap and hardly worth the money.

One expensive lesson to learn

Awful experience and wasted over $450.. the sizing is wayyy off and the quality is poor. I bought a good amount of business clothes. First of all what kind of suit has Velcro instead of buttons... that’s trashy. Second the sizing is for a super model with an itty bitty waist and 5’10 minimum height. I looked like a child wearing my parents suit.. There is a 25% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back which is expensive ($70 for the box I had). It was going to cost me almost $200 to return it. Take this as a warning like I should have. It was an expensive lesson.

Quality is okay but not worth the…

Quality is okay but not worth the price. The bodysuit isn’t heavily lined and you definitely still need a bra. Worst part it’s considered and intimate and final sale so you can’t even try it out. If you are on the petite side I wouldn’t shop here as the small is too large for me. I can wear smalls most other places but everything was gapping and mind I’m not extremely petite- 24 waist and 36.5 inch hips. Overall disappointed with quality and how they fit, pants have a inseam meant for someone who’s like 5’8 so if you’re shorter be careful. Only positive side was shipping was fast.

You never know how good you value…

You never know how good you value customer service until you are dealing with a company that is horrible. Although you can only contact JLUX via email, they respond very quickly (less than 24 hours). I had an item that did not ship because it was out of stock and they apologized and made up for it. I’ve order a few things since and the quality has been great.

it's been 3 weeks and i still haven't…

it's been 3 weeks and i still haven't received my order pretty annoyed because i needed this outfit for a event. i don't understand how it can take so long to arrive!!!

do not order because in case of return not refund!
I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months! despite reminders and proofs! it is unacceptable

Forever customer

JLUXLABEL has never lets me down! I always receive my order within 4-5 business days. And I LOVE the sales. I don’t have one bad thing to say, they’re reasonably priced with great quality!

My go to!

I have bought from Jluxlabel for a few years now. I’m always stylin’ and profilin’ at all my events and getting a bunch of compliments. This is my go to site. I find that it really helps to consult the size chart before purchasing, rarely has it led me astray. One time I didn’t take into account a certain dress was said to have no stretch and I paid for that but jluxlabel will tell you all the details necessary. You can’t go wrong shopping with them!
